and the opportunity to sell travel medical insurance and
international health insurance to customers via their own web site. By pooling many agents under one roof, we can obtain
better earnings & service for everyone.
If you are in the USA,
you have to be a licensed insurance professional.
If you are outside USA,
there are usually no licensing requirements requested by the insurance
companies, but check local regulations.
Most of the plans can be sold to anyone in the
world! You don't even have to have a web site.
IMG provides all the web content! Your customers can click on your travel
insurance page and get an instant online quote and then even purchase
online as well via a secure encrypted server. You earn commission for each
sale made because the web address will have your own unique agent number
on it. When a customer pays for his policy, both you and the client gets
email confirmation of the coverage. The insurance provider,
International Medical Group, sends out a policy kit by post.

InternationalSM
- is a short-term plan for US Citizens traveling outside of the
United States from 5 days to 12 months. The plan is non-renewable, but
can be re-written at any time.
Patriot
AmericaSM
- is a short-term plan for Non-US citizens traveling outside their
country of citizenship from 5 days to 12 months. The plan is
non-renewable, but can be re-written at any time.
ExPatriot
Plus®
- is an intermediate plan for all individuals traveling outside of
their country of citizenship for a minimum of 6 months. Coverage may
be renewed for up to 2 years of total coverage for those traveling outside
the US or up to 1 year for those primarily within the US.
Patriot
ExecutiveSM
- is designed for individuals or groups that travel frequently outside the
US for 30 days or less per trip. Regardless of the number of trips
you take during a policy year Patriot Executive travels with you.
Patriot Executive covers you for 1 policy year with unlimited trips.
Global
Medical Insurancesm
- is a long term annually renewable, US style major medical insurance plan
designed to provide worldwide coverage to Non-US Citizens and US
expatriates. The plan can be sold to anyone in the world! Citizens of the
United States must intend to reside outside of the United States 6 months
of the year. Your requested effective date must not be before the
date of your departure and your application must not be submitted before
30 days of your impending departure date. You are able to apply if
you are already outside your country of citizenship.
Most of the plans can be sold to anyone in the
world! You can also offer these plans via emailed brochure or
application. Physical brochures and applications are provided by IMG.

Step 2. You will then be
connected to International Medical Group's producer page and then click
Step 3. You will then be
directed to the IMG AFFILIATE
PROGRAM
ON-LINE AGENCY
, where you will then fill-in the secure online form with your contact
information, address etc.. and also you will assign yourself a UserID and
Password so that you access the secure section of the IMG web site.
Step 4. You will then have
guest access to the IMG Producer Area. Your agency request will then be
reviewed and you will be notified when you will have access to Producer
Area @ http://www.imglobal.com/producer/index.cfm
Step 5. Then please complete
and sign both the IMG Agent Application and the W-9
Tax form that are in Adobe Reader format. Then fax these two forms
with a copy of your insurance license to David Tompkins @ 1-604-913-1153. The
Agent Contract shows the commission levels for each plan.
Step 6. Once you have your
agent number assigned, you can then start selling the plans online! Simply
add your agent number to the following web link:

Example. if you agent number is 12345, your Policy Picker link would
be: https://www.imglobal.com/travelinsurance/index.cfm?IMGAC=12345
and then you can send this link to clients
to purchase online or you can purchase for them online or you can
hyperlink to this address via your web site. You
will notice that the Policy Picker is a secure and encypted page -
providing the best in security and reassurance for your clients! You can
also copy the above banner onto your web site and link it to the Policy
Picker with your agent number at the end.
Step 7. Happy selling! Every
time your clients purchase online, both you and they will get an email
confirmation of the coverage. After paying by credit card, the client also
received their policy card and package by post or courier ($15 extra). You
can track your online sales at the Producer Area and you get paid directly
by IMG! You will then receive in the mail a letter confirming your
contract and a supply of brochures and forms should you wish to sell the
coverage the old fashioned way.
